Picking up your Order
Please keep in mind, preorders pick up and take out are the same line.
Running a little late for your pick up? No need to call! We are open later than the online ordering hours listed for take out. Check home page for hours. If you need to cancel your order, please call the shop. No show orders will be charged unless they are cancelled in advance.
Writing on Cakes
If you would like an inscription, please notify us at the time of placing your preorder. Online – it can be added in the “special instructions box”. There is no charge for an inscription.
Refrigeration
In the warmer weather, you should keep your cakes cold. If traveling for a long period of time, keep your cake level, in a cooler or insulated bag, and use ice packs.
In colder weather, 40° or lower, cakes with buttercream can travel much longer. Mousse cakes and whip-cream-topped cakes are delicate. Traveling in warmer temperatures will decrease the quality and shelf life of your dessert. We sell insulated bags that keep product cold for approximately 1-2 hours, longer if used with ice packs.
Some desserts will travel better than others, but keep in mind that there are no preservatives or stabilizers in our desserts.
Special/ Custom Orders
We take great pride in consistently creating delicious desserts. Unfortunately, we do not offer custom cakes or wedding cakes.
